Check In / Out Procedure
Check In time is 2.00 PM. Stony Hill Hotel we will try to accommodate early arrivals in the first available room (Based on room type requested).

Check Out time is 12.00 noon. Reception will endeavor to offer extended check out times, subject to availability however this cannot be guaranteed. Upon arrival at Stony Hill Hotel guests will be greeted by Front Office staff who will escort them to their room.

Shutte Servicle
Transportation can be provided for shuttle service to and from the Norman Manley International Airport (Drop Only) .
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee equivalent to one night accommodation will be charged if cancellation is made less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to arrival date at Stony Hill Hotel. nf any event such written notice is not received within the limit stated or in event the guest is no-show, one days charge will be applied automatically.

Term of Payment
Stony Hill Hotel only accepts cash payments. All accounts are to be settled upon arrival at the hotel.
